Richard Y. Johnson & Son is a full service construction firm, able to offer services and guidance for any scale of construction project, from inception to completion.

We have three engineers on staff, with a range of expertise from civil to structural fields.  Of our 30 employees, 16 of them hold more than 20 years of construction experience, individually.  Every member of our staff takes great pride in the quality of workmanship we are known for.  

We are regularly sought by private companies to act as the General Contractor or to oversee the whole of the project as Construction Manager.  In both situations, we feel communication between ourselves, the architect and any prime or subcontractors involved, is the key to a successful project.
