Richard Y. Johnson and Son would like to invite any contractor interested in working with us in either the capacity of a sub- contractor or as a Prime Contractor for a Construction Management project, to please forward your company’s information to us via fax at 302-422-4696.  Ideally, this information should include a company profile, all contact information and references of recent projects.

We do require that all of our contractors be licensed in the State of Delaware and carry adequate General Liability and Workers Compensation Insurance.  Please provide proof of these items along with your company information.

Each time we bid a project, we generate an invitation to all contractors for whom a scope of work is present in the project.
